Instructions and conditions for subscription to Pure Yoga Centers:

The ages allowed for her to join the center in its various locations is 15 years, except for the training sessions allocated from the age of 6 to 15 years, provided that his guardian represents him in his application.
The regulations, customs and traditions prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be respected and taken into consideration.
The center has the full right to set or change working times as it sees fit.
The client should not keep her personal belongings and exercise tools inside the center at the end of her training session, and if she violates this, the center management has the right to dispose of them without bearing any responsibility as a result of that.
The subscriber must not park his vehicle in front of the center’s neighbors’ homes or the nearby shops, and in all cases, the company is not responsible for any damage that may happen to the car or the loss of any items from inside the vehicle, whether inside or outside the center premises, and the subscriber is fully responsible for all his belongings The personal and the center does not bear any responsibility in the event of its loss
The participant must inform the coach in case of any health problems before practicing the physical activity, and in all cases the participant bears the full responsibility for his personal safety
The participant takes adequate care of his safety and the safety of others and follows the instructions of the trainer during, before and after performing the exercises, and the company does not bear any responsibility related to the occurrence of any injuries to the participant (God forbid) or the participant losing any of his personal belongings inside or outside the center
The contributor is not entitled to compensation for retroactive suspension in sick cases
The company reserves the right to close any of its centers and/or any of the facilities in any center without prior notice and without bearing any responsibility, and closing the center temporarily or permanently does not mean missing out on the benefit as the subscriber has the right to go to the nearest available center
The value of the subscription amount or the training session in any of Safwa Sports Centers is not refundable after payment, and the client may reschedule the training session once, provided that the rescheduling is done 6 hours before the reserved training session.
The subscriber may receive marketing campaigns in addition to the latest offers and news from the center via the subscriber’s e-mail, as well as through SMS and other available means of communication.
People of determination are allowed to register after the case is evaluated by the center’s administration in light of the documents issued by the competent authorities regarding the condition of people of determination. The terms and conditions set forth
The company has the right to cancel the subscriber’s subscription without paying any compensation to the subscriber in the event of any of the following cases:
If the subscription is used by anyone other than the owner of the subscription

If the participant commits a verbal or physical assault towards any of the center’s employees or subscribers
Promotion of any commodity or product within the centers
Providing any service related to personal training, as this service is limited only to the center’s trainers.
Giving any of the trainers or employees of the center any money or in-kind gifts
Prohibitions that the subscriber must avoid:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the center and the outside area of the center, as well as the introduction of food and beverages
All devices must be handled with care and care, and the subscriber is fully responsible for any damage that occurs to any device as a result of misuse.
It is forbidden to take visitors and children to the center
It is forbidden to photograph others inside the center without their permission, and the customer must take into account the privacy of other customers.

In the event of closing the center, the subscriber will be directed to the nearest available center to ensure the subscriber’s right to benefit from the subscription, and in the event that no alternative is found, a period equal to the period during which the center was closed will be added to the subscriber’s subscription

The subscriber is not entitled to claim the unused days if the service is available, and the subscriber is not entitled to reschedule the training session if 6 hours remain until the beginning of the training session, and the reservation is not canceled if the client does not attend for any reason.
No subscriber has the right to object to the number of subscribers in the center
Assignment or suspension of the subscription is conditional on provisions that must be taken into account according to the policy adopted by the Center. In the event of a promotional offer, the subscriber is not entitled to waive the subscription
It is prohibited to renew the subscription of anyone who violates the terms and conditions of this agreement
Pure Yoga Centers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to implement these terms in whole or in part as a result of any cause beyond its control and without fault or negligence on its part, including but not limited to acts of God or actions taken by a civil or military authority, laws And the current regulations in the country and their amendments, epidemics and the spread of infectious diseases, wars, fires, explosions, nuclear accidents, accidents of power outages, unusual natural disasters, electronic piracy, and other illegal activities practiced by others, or their inability to insurance of products or services provided by other persons or transportation facilities, or the actions or negligence of transportation or communications used by public carriers
The center is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure that lead to a delay in opening or closing clubs, or closing some of their facilities or being unable to provide some services.
The center does not bear the responsibility in the event the client is late in attending at the time allotted for the client’s registered training session.
It is forbidden for the subscriber to enter the center outside working hours or during a period when there are no employees, as this is considered a violation
The center has the right to add music in its centers at any time. No subscriber has the right to object to the presence of music inside our centers
The center has the right to close or delay the opening of women’s clubs during official visits (such as the municipality) without asking for compensation
The Center has the right to close any of the club’s facilities for maintenance matters or for any reason whatsoever without compensating the participant for the days of closing the facility.

The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the subscribers’ personal information and not to use it for any purpose or provide it to any other party without obtaining the subscriber’s written consent, without prejudice to the right of the relevant government agencies to request the subscriber’s personal information
